c3compassion is a non-profit organization empowering change through education and wellness in El Salvador and Kenya. Founded on the belief that education provides hope, and that all the world’s children deserve to be educated, we strongly believe that education is one of the most effective ways to truly break the cycle of poverty one child at a time.
What We Do
We focus on helping children get an education. By helping children become educated, we are providing hope through education for the current and future generations of children to break the cycle of poverty for themselves, their families and their communities.
Why Kajirie Village, Kenya, Africa?
Education is a luxury in rural Kenya and education for girls is not a priority. By focusing on helping girls get to school, stay in school and graduate secondary school, we are helping to end the cycle of poverty one child at a time.
Why San Salvador, El Salvador?
In El Salvador, education is mandatory, however, with such extreme poverty very few children actually stay in school past primary school. By focusing on students who have completed high school and have the desire to go on to trade school, through education the tides of poverty will begin to shift.
